Zoo Crew empowers middle school youth to become conservation leaders!
They are inspired to love and care for our 13 animals (and growing) on campus at J.L. Long Middle School. Through the Zoo Crew program, we excite our youth as they care for the animals needs, as well as learn about their various habitats and ecosystems.
Hosting an animal outside of school is also extended to our club members, who can then continue the care and love for these creatures over the summer and holidays.
The club meets BEFORE school sharply at 7:45, and ends by the first bell.
All animals are serviced prior to each school day. High academic grades, obeying the rules, and respectful behavior at all times is expected in caring for these creatures.
